We have an automatic approval process so you can move in immediately.  We will call you within a couple hours (no more than 48 hours) to confirm your reservation or rental and to make sure you are 100% satisfied!
   
* "Rent Now" if you plan to move in today (NOTE: you will be charged a pro-rated rent from today until the end of the month)

* "Reserve" if you plan to move in at a future date (NOTE: reservation fees are applied to the first bill)
   ** Based upon occupancy rate, reservations greater than 30 days in the future may be cancelled.   
   ** We will call you before cancelling your reservation and ask if you want to convert to an active rental in order to keep your reserved unit. 
   ** Cancelled reservations without an active rental will result in a $50 fee to cover processing and credit card expenses (we will refund your reservation fee minus $50). 

* Deposits are equal to one month's rent and are fully refundable upon move out provided there is no damage and your unit is left clean (swept or blown out).
